Terms and Conditions
Since May 25, 2018, the new Privacy Notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679, known as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), has been in force in all EU member states, modifying the previous regulation on the processing of personal data. Black Moon Escape Room is required to provide this notice to inform its customers/users of all the rights recognized regarding the protection of personal data. In relation to the content of this notice, consent will be requested for the processing, transfer, and communication of personal data for the purposes detailed below. Whether or not to provide consent will have the consequences specifically indicated in point 7 of this notice.
Privacy Notice pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Personal Data Protection Code)
The necessary and relevant data and documentation for the stated purposes will be stored for a period of 2 years. At any time, you may exercise your rights with respect to the data controller, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. The data controller is Stefania Giordano.
SERVICE TERMS
Using the booking service through the website www.blackmoonfirenze.it means accepting the General Conditions listed below. For any further clarification, you can contact us using the details on the "Contact Us" page.
Booking
Reservations must be made exclusively through the dedicated section of our website www.blackmoonfirenze.it. After completing the process, you will receive a confirmation email for the successful booking.
Changes or Cancellations
To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us by phone at +39 376 257 7931 or by email with at least 24 hours' notice.
Payment
Payments can be made in cash (in euros) directly at the game location.
Prices
Prices, including VAT, are listed on the website at the time of booking and are per game, regardless of the number of participants.
Game Duration
The game takes place inside a room. The number of participants ranges from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 players. No exceptions will be made to this rule. The game lasts 60 minutes, but approximately 75 minutes are required for the entire experience, including reception, introduction, greetings, and post-game comments. The game is prohibited under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The staff of Black Moon Escape Room reserves the right to prevent the game from proceeding if any participant is not respecting this rule. Any participant who breaks an item in the room will be required to compensate for the damage caused. The use of mobile phones or cameras inside the room is prohibited. Participants must leave their mobile phones and other devices with Black Moon staff in the designated lockers at the entrance, which are locked with a key. The key can be taken by the player and kept throughout the game. After the game session, the key must be returned to the locker.
Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the reservation. Any delay will reduce the playing time accordingly.
Safety
All participants join the game at their own risk and must sign a waiver. Throughout the game, you will be under video surveillance for safety reasons. There may be items in the room that are prohibited from being touched; they are clearly marked with a sticker. These items are not part of the game and should not be touched except for scenic purposes. The game may be interrupted at any time, at the discretion of the staff, for safety reasons or if the rules are not being followed. In the latter case, no refunds will be given to participants.
Release of Liability Declaration by Organizers
1. By signing this, the Participant declares they have read and understood the regulations and game modes, have visited the premises where the attraction takes place, and agree to release and hold harmless the company 'Black Moon by Stefania Giordano' and its legal representatives from any civil or criminal liability arising from participation in the escape room game at the premises located at Via di Novoli 91/U, Florence (FI).
2. The Participant also agrees to release the owners and/or operators of the premises, the managing staff, and employees from any responsibility for accidents or injuries sustained or caused by the participant or others, as well as illnesses related to the game and use of the facilities.
3. The Participant waives any claim for compensation or reimbursement, both present and future, against 'Black Moon' and its legal representatives.
4. The Participant agrees to leave all items in the condition in which they found them and acknowledges that they will be responsible for any damage caused to objects or premises.
5. The Participant acknowledges the absolute prohibition of filming or taking photographs inside the premises at Via di Novoli 91/U, Florence (FI), and agrees not to disclose any images without prior authorization from the management.
Personal Data Processing Information pursuant to REG. UE 2016/679
In compliance with REG.UE 2016/679, we inform you that personal data is processed for the fulfillment of obligations and the management of the escape room activity. The data collected may be known by collaborators as needed and may be communicated to entities exclusively for institutional purposes. Providing personal data is necessary for registration and to inform you about Black Moon Escape Room activities until your explicit opposition.
Release Statement for Images – Privacy
In accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, by signing this form, the Participant consents to Black Moon Escape Room processing the personal data provided according to the methods and limits established by law. The participant may exercise the rights outlined in REG. UE 2016/679. The Participant also agrees to the reproduction of their image for promotional purposes or use on the website and social networks.
